Balance y armonía como conducentes del bienestar y ante las adversidades de la vida
Resumen
La presente investigación se enmarca dentro del estudio de la Segunda Ola de la Psicología Positiva y profundiza en las variables armonía y balance de vida como elementos que contribuyen al bienestar individual y de los grupos. Lo anterior con el propósito de contar con una comprensión más amplia e integrativa de lo que compone y conduce al bienestar, sobretodo ante las adversidades y desafíos de la vida diaria. Así, este artículo busca contribuir al conocimiento de aquello que es conducente de los aspectos saludables en la vida de las personas, confiriendo la importancia y el valor justo del equilibrio, el balance y la armonía tal y como se ha estudiado en el comportamiento humano y en sintonía con las investigaciones recientes.
